From site measurement to written specification

Our process begins with an inquiry that includes photos and any existing drawings. We then carry out an on-site measurement to confirm dimensions, floor conditions and the route the finished tank will take into the building.

Based on the measurements and your requirements, we prepare a drawing and a written specification covering materials, dimensions, weld details, connections and finish. Nothing goes into production until you have reviewed and approved both documents.

Fabrication in our factory

Once the specification is approved, the tank is cut, formed and welded in our factory on Rival Street in Tel Aviv. Welds are made and finished to suit the medium, and the connections are fitted to the drawing so that piping can be installed without field modification.

Working in a controlled workshop allows us to check fit, alignment and dimensions at each stage, which reduces surprises when the tank reaches site.

Finishing options

The right finish depends on the medium and the cleaning routine. Surfaces can be finished to a standard appropriate for the application, and where needed we add details such as drain points, lifting lugs, supports and access openings.

Delivery and installation

Large tanks must be transported and placed carefully. We plan the route, lifting method and final position together with you, so the tank arrives in the condition it left the workshop and is connected to the existing system with minimal disruption.
