Manufacturing and Finishing in Our Factory

All enclosures are cut, bent, welded and assembled in our factory at 37 Rival Street, Tel Aviv. Working in our own workshop allows us to control the fit of each panel, the quality of welds and the alignment of doors and hinges.

Depending on the project, finishing can include brushed or polished stainless surfaces, and where the design calls for mixed materials, we can combine stainless parts with hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated steel components.

Ventilation, Sealing and Weather Protection

An enclosure must keep water out while still allowing heat to escape. We discuss vent placement, drip edges, gasket types and door overlaps during design, so the unit inside does not overheat and water does not collect at seams.

Where the equipment generates heat or sits in direct sun, we may recommend louvres, shading panels or a raised base. Final choices depend on the equipment and site, and we confirm them with your engineer.

Installation and Ongoing Care

Installation is carried out on site once the enclosure is delivered. We check levels, fixing points and clearances so the unit sits securely and the doors operate smoothly.

Stainless steel needs little maintenance. Rinsing away salt and dust with fresh water every few months helps preserve the surface, particularly in coastal areas.
