Requesting a Custom Stair Railing Quote from Our Factory
t335-23

To request a custom stair railing quote, send us photos and basic dimensions of your staircase, and we will arrange an on-site measurement. You then receive a drawing and written specification to approve before we manufacture in our Tel Aviv factory.
What to Send with Your Inquiry
A clear inquiry saves time for both sides. Start with a few photos of the staircase from the bottom and the top, showing the wall, the steps and any existing handrail or posts.
- Approximate length and number of steps
- Whether the staircase is straight, L-shaped or spiral
- Wall type: concrete, brick, or steel stringer
- Preferred material such as iron, stainless steel or glass infill
- Your timeline and any building committee requirements
Rough notes are fine. We will confirm everything when we measure.
On-Site Measurement
Once we review your inquiry, our team visits the property to measure the staircase accurately. Measurements are taken at the actual slope, landings and fixing points, because even small differences in a wall can change how a railing fits.
We also check how the railing will meet the wall and floor, and discuss where the posts and fixings should go. This visit is the basis for the drawing that follows.
The Drawing and Written Specification
After measuring, we prepare a drawing showing the railing layout, post positions, height and infill design. The written specification describes the materials, profile sizes, finish and installation method in plain language.
Please read both documents carefully. Ask questions about anything that is unclear before approving. Height and load requirements are confirmed with your engineer, since exact values depend on your building and local regulations under the relevant Israeli standard.
Client Approval Before Production
Nothing goes into production until you approve the drawing and specification in writing. This step protects you from misunderstandings about design, colour or finish.
If you want changes, tell us what to adjust and we will update the documents. Once you approve, we confirm the schedule and begin manufacturing.
Factory Production and Finishing
Your railing is made to measure in our factory at 37 Rival Street, Tel Aviv, a workshop that has operated since 1945 and is run today by the third generation of the family. Every piece is cut, welded and checked against the approved drawing.
Finishing options include hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating, which help protect the metal and give a consistent look. We will confirm the finish you choose in the specification.
Installation and Handover
Our team installs the railing at your property, fixing it to the wall or steps as specified. We check alignment, stability and fit before leaving the site.
At handover we walk through the finished railing with you so you know exactly what was installed and how it was finished.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay before the measurement visit?
Payment terms are discussed with you directly when we confirm the inquiry. We will explain what is due and when before any work begins.
Can you make a railing from my own photos without visiting?
Photos help us understand the project, but we always measure on site before making a drawing. This avoids errors that photos alone cannot show.
Do you work with architects and contractors as well as homeowners?
Yes. We work with private homeowners, building committees, contractors, architects and interior designers, and can send documents to whoever needs them for approval.
How do I know the railing meets safety requirements?
We build to your approved specification and recommend that your engineer confirms heights and loads, as exact requirements depend on your building and the applicable Israeli standard.
Common mistakes to avoid
Sending a quote request without photos or basic dimensions often leads to delays and rough estimates. Approving a drawing without checking height, finish and fixing details can mean costly changes later.
Our recommendation
Take clear photos from the bottom and top of the stairs, and ask your engineer to confirm safety requirements before you approve the drawing. Read the written specification as carefully as the drawing.
Summary
Send photos and basic dimensions, let us measure on site, then review and approve a drawing and specification before production begins.
