Contact Our Team to Start Your Staircase Project
t390-48

To start a steel staircase project, send us photos and basic details of your space through the contact form or WhatsApp. We then arrange an on-site measurement, prepare a written drawing and specification for your approval, and manufacture the staircase to your exact dimensions in our Tel Aviv factory.
Why Start With a Direct Inquiry
Every staircase we build is made to measure, so the first step is simply telling us about your space. A short inquiry with clear photos helps our team understand the layout, the floor levels and the look you want. You do not need drawings or technical knowledge to begin.
Private homeowners, building committees, contractors, architects and interior designers all reach us the same way. Describing what you have in mind early saves time later and helps us suggest a structure that suits the building and your daily use.
What to Include in Your First Message
The more context you share at the start, the more useful our first reply will be. Helpful details include:
- Photos of the staircase area from several angles
- Approximate floor-to-floor height and available width
- Whether the staircase is indoor, outdoor or semi-covered
- Preferred style, such as open-riser, closed or with glass balustrade
- Your target timeline and whether the building is occupied
Missing details are fine. We will ask for anything we still need.
On-Site Measurement Visit
After reviewing your inquiry, we arrange a visit to measure the space precisely. Measurements are taken on site because walls, floors and openings are rarely perfectly straight. We record the rise, the run, the landing positions and any obstacles such as beams, columns or ceiling heights.
This visit is the foundation of the project. Accurate measurements prevent problems during production and ensure the finished staircase fits the opening without forcing adjustments on installation day.
Drawing, Specification and Your Approval
Once we have measured, our team prepares a drawing and a written specification. These cover the structure, step type, material, dimensions, connection points and finishing. You review the documents and tell us what to adjust.
We begin production only after you approve the drawing and specification in writing. This step keeps everyone aligned and avoids changes once the steel has been cut and welded.
Production in Our Factory
Approved staircases are manufactured in our workshop at 37 Rival Street in Tel Aviv, a site where we have worked in metal since 1945. Steel components are cut, welded and assembled to the dimensions in your drawing. Finishing options such as hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating protect the steel and give it a durable, clean appearance.
Working in-house lets us check quality at each stage before anything leaves the factory.
Installation and Final Check
Our team installs the staircase on site and fixes it securely to the structure. We check alignment, levelness and the fit of each step and railing. Any safety requirements, including guidance from the Israeli railing standard SI 1142, are reviewed with your engineer, who confirms the exact values for your project.
After installation we walk through the finished staircase with you to confirm everything meets your expectations.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need drawings before I contact you?
No. Photos and a few basic measurements are enough to start. Our team prepares the detailed drawing after the on-site visit.
Can you visit the site before I commit to anything?
Yes. An on-site measurement is the first real step of the project, and you review the drawing and specification before production begins.
Do you build for private homes as well as contractors?
Yes. We work with private homeowners, building committees, contractors, architects and interior designers.
Which exact safety values apply to my railing?
Specific dimensions depend on your building and use, so we confirm the exact values with your engineer rather than guessing from general guidance.
Common mistakes to avoid
Waiting until walls and floors are finished before measuring can create fit problems. Measure and plan early so the staircase is built to the real space.
Our recommendation
Send clear photos from several angles together with the floor-to-floor height at your first contact. This lets our team respond with practical, relevant suggestions quickly.
Summary
Contacting us early, sharing photos and basic dimensions, and approving a written drawing are the simplest ways to get a custom steel staircase that fits well.
