On-Site Measurement

Accurate measurement is the foundation of a custom steel staircase. Our team visits the site to check the opening, the level of each floor, wall alignment and any obstacles such as beams, ducts or columns. Measurements are taken at the actual site conditions, not only from plans, because construction tolerances often differ from drawings.

Please make sure the structure is in its final condition where possible, or let us know which elements may still change, so that the measurement reflects the staircase's real fit.

Drawing, Specification and Approval

After measuring, we prepare a drawing and a written specification covering the stringers, treads, landings, handrail and guardrail details, connections and finish. The document describes what will be built so that the contractor, architect or engineer can review it before work starts. Railing requirements follow the Israeli railing standard SI 1142, and exact structural and safety values are verified with the project engineer.

Nothing goes into production until the client approves the drawing in writing. Any changes are recorded and reissued before fabrication.

Production in the Factory

Once approved, the staircase is cut, welded and assembled in our factory on Rival Street in Tel Aviv. Delivery and Installation

Finished components are transported to the site and installed according to the approved drawing. Our team confirms levels, fixing points and alignment during installation and checks that the handrail and guardrail are secure and in the correct position. Where needed, we coordinate fixing details with the contractor and the structural engineer before anchoring.
