Step 1: Inquiry and Photos

The process begins when you contact us with photos of the entrance, the driveway and the surrounding walls or posts. Tell us how the barrier will be used, whether by residents, visitors, delivery vehicles or all of them, and whether it will be operated manually or electrically.

Photos help us spot obvious issues early, such as a sloped approach, limited space for the arm to swing, or existing ducts and cables. This first review tells us whether a standard solution fits or whether the design needs to be custom from the start.

Step 2: On-Site Measurement

Our team visits the site to measure the opening width, the surface levels, the height of the entry area and the position of nearby obstacles. We also check where power and control cables can be routed.

Step 3: Drawing and Written Specification

Structural loads and foundation requirements are checked with our engineer. Exact values are confirmed for your specific site rather than taken from general rules of thumb.

Step 4: Client Approval

We send the drawing and specification to you for review. This is the point where you can ask questions, request changes to the arm or finish, or confirm that the layout suits your daily traffic.

Production starts only after you give written approval. This keeps the work clear for everyone and avoids changes once metal is being cut.

Step 5: Production in Our Factory

Once approved, the barrier is manufactured in our workshop on Rival Street in Tel Aviv. Steel parts are cut, drilled, welded and assembled to the drawing. Because the work is done in the factory, quality checks happen before the unit leaves for site.

Components are fitted and tested together so that the arm, posts and mechanical parts align properly when installed.

Step 6: Finishing and Installation

Steel parts receive the finish specified, such as hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating, which protects the barrier against weather and daily use. After finishing, the barrier is delivered and installed on the prepared base.

During installation we align the arm, set the travel limits and check the operation with you on site, so you know how the barrier works before handover.
