Order a Custom Parking Barrier Built to Your Dimensions
t460-41

To order a custom parking barrier, you send us photos and details of the site, we measure it on location, and our team produces the barrier to your exact dimensions in our Tel Aviv factory. After you approve the written specification, the barrier is finished and installed at your property.
Start with an Inquiry and Site Photos
The first step is an inquiry. Send us photos of the entrance or parking area, along with a short description of what you need: the width of the opening, whether the barrier is for a private lot, a building committee or a commercial site, and how often vehicles will pass through.
- Photos from two or three angles
- The approximate width of the drive
- The type of vehicles using the entrance
These details help us understand the project before we visit, so the visit is quick and productive.
On-Site Measurement
Next, one of our team members visits the site to measure the opening and the surrounding ground. We check the clear width, the slope of the surface, the position of walls and posts, and any obstacles that could affect movement of the arm.
Measuring on location is the most important part of a custom order. A few centimeters of error can change how the barrier fits, so we take every dimension directly rather than relying on estimates.
Drawing and Written Specification
After measuring, we prepare a drawing and a written specification. These show the overall dimensions, the height and length of the arm, the mounting method, the materials and the finish. You can review every detail before anything is produced.
The specification also states how the barrier will be installed and what the foundation or base requires. If a structural engineer is involved, we coordinate with them so the design meets the requirements of your project.
Client Approval
We do not start production until you approve the drawing and specification. Take time to check the dimensions against your site and ask questions about anything unclear. Once you confirm in writing, the order is locked in.
- Check the opening width and arm length
- Confirm the mounting position
- Confirm the finish you prefer
Production and Finishing in the Factory
Production takes place in our factory at 37 Rival Street, Tel Aviv, where we cut, weld and assemble the steel to your specification. Steel parts can be hot-dip galvanized and powder coated, which protects the barrier against weather and daily use.
Every barrier is built to measure, so there are no standard sizes to force your site into. The finished parts are checked against the drawing before they leave the workshop.
Installation at Your Property
Once the barrier is finished, it is transported and installed on site. The installation follows the approved specification and includes fixing the base, mounting the arm and testing the movement. Where the design calls for it, we confirm the requirements with the engineer and follow applicable Israeli standards, including SI 1142 for related safety elements, while exact values are checked with the engineer for your project.
After installation we test the barrier together with you so you know it works as planned.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order a parking barrier in a size that is not standard?
Yes. Our barriers are made to measure, so the length, height and mounting arrangement are based on your actual site rather than a standard size.
Do I need to be present for the measurement?
It helps to be present or to have someone available who knows the site, so questions can be answered during the visit. We can also work from your photos and site details if needed.
How do I know the barrier will fit my entrance?
We measure the opening on location, prepare a drawing and written specification, and only start production after you approve them in writing.
Can the barrier be installed on an existing surface?
In many cases yes, but the base and foundation depend on the surface and the design. We assess this during the site visit and confirm the requirements with the engineer before installation.
Common mistakes to avoid
A common mistake is measuring the opening without accounting for the arm's swing, the slope of the ground or nearby posts. Approving a drawing without checking it against the real site can lead to a barrier that does not fit.
Our recommendation
Measure the clear width at the top, middle and bottom of the opening and mention any slope or obstacle in your inquiry. This gives us accurate information for the drawing and avoids changes later.
Summary
Ordering a custom parking barrier is simple when you follow the steps: inquiry with photos, on-site measurement, a drawing and specification, your approval, factory production and professional installation.
