On-site measurement and assessment

Drawing, specification and your approval

After measuring, we prepare a drawing and a written specification describing the material, grade of stainless steel, finish, dimensions and fixing method. Nothing goes into production until you have reviewed and approved these documents.

Please check the drawing carefully against the actual site needs, including door swing, clearances and any existing features you want to keep. Approval in writing protects both sides and avoids surprises later.

Factory production and finishing

Once approved, the stainless steel work is manufactured to measure at our factory on Rival Street 37 in Tel Aviv. Cutting, bending, welding and grinding are done to match the drawing, so the replacement fits the existing opening rather than being forced into it.

Finishing is chosen to suit the environment and the look you need, such as a brushed or polished surface. Where the job calls for it, we also coordinate protective treatments that match the specification.

Installation and handover

Installation is carried out on site by our team, with the replacement fixed to the existing structure using the approved method. We check alignment, level and the security of each fixing before we leave.
