Book a Design Review for Your Glass Partition Layout
t432-44

A glass partition design review is a planning session where our team checks your layout, measurements, glass type and fixing method before anything is manufactured. It helps you catch clearance, sightline and installation issues early, so the final glass vitrine or partition fits your space and your daily use.
What a Glass Partition Design Review Covers
A design review is a practical check of your plan before production. We look at where the partition will stand, how it divides the space, and how light, sound and access will work once it is in place. We also confirm the glass thickness, frame profile and finish, because each choice affects strength, weight and appearance.
- Layout and position of the partition or vitrine
- Opening direction of doors and access paths
- Glass type, thickness and edge finish
- Frame material and finish
The goal is simple: you leave the review knowing exactly what will be built.
How to Prepare Your Plan Before the Meeting
Gather what you already have. Photos of the space, a rough sketch with dimensions, and notes on how the room is used will make the review more productive. If you have an architect or interior designer, ask them to share their drawings as well.
Think about what matters most to you: privacy, visibility, cleaning, or a specific look. Write down any fixed points such as ceiling height, floor slope, electrical outlets or ventilation, since these often shape the final design.
On-Site Measurement and Feedback
Accurate measurement is the foundation of a good glass partition. Our team visits the site, measures the opening or wall run, and checks the floor and ceiling for level and plumb. Where the surfaces are uneven, we note it so the design can allow for it rather than discover it during installation.
During the visit we give feedback on the layout itself, such as whether a partition blocks a walkway, or whether a vitrine height suits the display items you plan to use.
Drawings, Specification and Your Approval
After the measurement we prepare a drawing and a written specification. The drawing shows the layout, dimensions and fixing points. The specification lists the glass, frame, finishes and hardware, so there is no guesswork about what you are approving.
- Scaled drawing of the partition or vitrine
- Written specification of materials and finishes
- Clear list of open points for your decision
Production begins only after you approve both documents in writing.
From Approval to Production and Finishing
Once approved, the parts are cut and fabricated in our factory at 37 Rival Street in Tel Aviv. Metal frames are prepared and finished, and glass is cut to the measured sizes. Where the design calls for it, we apply the chosen finish, such as powder coating or galvanizing, so the frame is ready to fit without on-site rework.
Factory production keeps the work accurate and reduces noise and disruption in your home or office.
Installation and Final Check
Installation is planned with the same care as production. We confirm access routes, protect surrounding surfaces, and fix the frame and glass securely. After installation we check that doors run smoothly, the glass is seated correctly and the partition is level.
A final walkthrough with you confirms that the result matches the approved drawing before the job is closed.
Frequently asked questions
Is the design review a paid service?
Please contact our office directly to ask about the review, as we do not publish pricing on this page. Our team will explain what is included when you call or send a message.
Do I need drawings before booking a review?
No. Photos and a rough sketch with approximate dimensions are enough to start. We can prepare the formal drawings after the on-site measurement.
How long does the process take from review to installation?
Timing depends on the size and complexity of the job and on current workload. We confirm the schedule with you once the specification is approved.
Can you help if my space is uneven or the walls are not straight?
Yes. We note irregularities during measurement and adjust the design so the partition fits properly. Exact tolerances are confirmed with our engineer for each project.
Common mistakes to avoid
Many clients measure once and skip the on-site check, or approve a layout without confirming the glass type and opening direction. Both can lead to parts that do not fit or doors that clash with furniture.
Our recommendation
Walk the planned path with a tape and imagine how doors and people will move through the space before you approve the drawing. Bring this observation to the review so adjustments are made on paper, not on site.
Summary
A glass partition design review checks your layout, measurements and finishes before production, reducing surprises at installation. Book it early so your partition fits the space from the first day.
